Welcome to Skyline Terrace Nursing Home
Skyline Terrace Nursing Home is located in the Shenandoah Valley in the quaint town of Woodstock, VA. Our facility was established in 1968 on Billy Mumaw and Jesse Funkhouser's vision to build a facility to take care of the elderly within their community. At that time, the community had a great need for care of the elderly population, and it supported the need and the vision of these two gentlemen by forming a group of investors that contributed funds to build this facility.
Skyline Terrace currently serves 70 long term care residents. This facility provides 24 hour licensed/certified nursing care. Care is provided by Registered nurses, LPNs and CNAs in a home-like environment. Our employees are focused on meeting the needs and exceeding the expectations of our residents and their families by providing compassionate, dignified and individualized care to each resident.
Skyline Terrace nursing home remains supported by a group of stockholders and is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is made up of original board members, descendants of the original founders, and respected members of our community. The Board of Directors continues to hold the mission of the founders as their highest priority. This facility remains independently owned and operated.
